Since the 13th Five Year Plan, the technological innovation and progress of filament weaving industry have achieved remarkable results, and the relevant production equipment has achieved key breakthroughs.
The level of high-speed and automation of water jet looms has been steadily improved
With the continuous improvement and maturity of the weaving process and loom equipment, the intelligent weaving level of the filament weaving industry has significantly improved. Now, it has realized the weaving of various special specifications of fabrics from ultra-fine denier silk to coarse denier silk, from narrow to wide, from general fabrics to multi-layer fabrics, and the weaving speed and production efficiency have significantly improved.
By the end of 2020, the weaving equipment adopted by the filament weaving industry in China is almost all shuttleless looms such as water jet looms, air jet looms and rapier looms, among which 680000 water jet looms account for 90% of the total number of filament weaving looms. In recent years, the new domestic water jet looms have gradually replaced the imported looms, and the weaving performance, such as high speed, stability, reliability and automation, has been significantly improved, which is gradually promoted and popularized in the industry.
At present, the actual production speed of water jet looms has been increased to 750 r/min, and the proportion of looms with international advanced level, such as electronic let off, electronic take-up, conjugate cam opening, electronic dobby opening, electronic jacquard opening, permanent magnet direct drive motor, high-speed electronic weft storage, has reached 40%. The data monitoring level of water jet looms has been further improved, effectively improving production efficiency and product quality.
